Overview

Automate your bakery's social media, end to end

A hands-on design-automation course for cake and bakery businesses. Across six modules and a capstone you set up one set of brand settings that produces an entire campaign — product announcements, price catalogues and festive posts — without opening a design tool and without writing code.

The principle behind it: the photograph is generated by AI, but every letter is drawn by the system — so prices and brand names are always correct. By the end you hand the whole calendar to a daily engine that keeps posting for you.

Learning objectives

What you leave knowing

  • Configure a complete brand identity

Colours, typefaces, logo and contact details as reusable settings — so one change propagates through an entire campaign without touching any design.

  • Generate product photography with AI

Turn an ordinary phone photo into a styled commercial scene, with an automatic lettering check that keeps every price and brand name accurate.

  • Schedule a campaign that runs itself

Hand a seasonal calendar to the daily engine and leave with a varied, on-brand, cost-controlled posting plan that keeps producing without further work.

Syllabus

The Syllabus

01
The Design System & Your First Post

Why AI cannot be trusted with text, and how the two-layer principle — AI photographs, system-drawn lettering — guarantees every price and brand name is correct. Create your own private copy and render your first post.

  • Why AI cannot be trusted with text: misspellings, invented characters, wrong digits
  • The layer stack: how a brand pack, an occasion pack and a product pack combine
  • Making it yours: Use this template for your own private copy in one click
  • Running a workflow from the Actions tab and downloading finished images
  • Changing settings without Git, directly on the GitHub website
  • Reading the validation report: warnings vs errors
  • The three workflows and when each is the right tool
02
Brand Identity: Colour, Type & Logo

Complete a brand pack with your name, contact details, colours and typefaces, and learn why some parts of a brand are locked against seasonal overrides.

  • Palette tokens: the five colour roles every design uses
  • Type roles: display, script, body and label
  • Locked identity: what an occasion can never override
  • The readability floor: the 4.5:1 contrast minimum and how to fix a failure
  • Logos and badges, positioned on every layout automatically
03
Product Photography with AI

Add your own API key as a private secret and generate a styled product scene from an ordinary phone photo — then watch the automatic lettering check reject anything the model drew wrong.

  • What makes a usable source photo, and what disqualifies one
  • Your own API key, kept private in repository secrets
  • Two generation modes: edit and plate
  • Anatomy of a generated prompt, line by line
  • The lettering check and why it matters when nobody is watching
  • Cost and caching: unchanged requests are free the second time
  • One photo, many looks
04
Prices & Catalogue Layouts

Structure your product range as priced variants and produce a multi-page price catalogue in which every number is drawn by the system, never by AI.

  • The variants structure: tiers, was-prices and contents lists
  • The price-list layout: multi-page catalogue slides
  • The feature layout: one product, full frame
  • Currency and number formatting for your market
  • Why prices are never generated
05
Occasions: One Brand, Many Seasons

Author a new occasion pack for a festival your business cares about, and watch an entire campaign change season without touching the brand.

  • What an occasion controls — and what stays locked
  • Scene direction: surface, props, light and arrangement
  • The variant pool: several staging looks for day-to-day variety
  • The prohibition list: rules the AI can never break
  • Seasonal calendars: the active dates the daily engine reads
06
The Daily Engine: Scheduled, Varied Posting

Hand your seasonal calendar to the daily engine and preview the whole posting plan before spending a cent — deterministic, varied, and cost-controlled.

  • What the engine does, with no human choosing
  • Deterministic yet varied: the seed, and why re-running is free
  • The dry-run calendar: preview before it goes live
  • Cost control: photograph generation on or off
  • Captions, ready to paste
07
Capstone Project: Your Festive Campaign

Produce one complete, publishable festive campaign in your own brand — a product announcement, a price catalogue, a feature slide, and a posting schedule that will run unattended.

  • Product announcement with the hero layout
  • Multi-page price catalogue
  • Full-frame feature slide
  • A dry-run posting schedule across your campaign dates

FAQ

Still deciding?

Anything not answered here, email hello@stochio.site — a person replies, usually the same day.

No. Everything happens through the GitHub website in a browser — filling in a form and pressing a button. No design software, no code, no Git, no command line.

Live on Zoom across two consecutive evenings, 18.30 to 21.00 (gmt+7) on both days. Both days are build-along — you follow on your own laptop and finish each module with the thing built.

Only for Module 3, and again for Module 6 if you want the daily engine to create a fresh photograph each day. It needs a paid OpenAI account with a small credit balance (roughly USD 5). Without one you still complete every module — pre-generated photographs are supplied and the engine runs in a free flat-colour mode.

Your logo file, three to five product photos shot on a plain surface, your brand colours, your price list, and the WhatsApp number and Instagram handle that should appear on every post.

There is a Day-1 Only ticket for exactly that. Day 2 builds on what you make in Day 1, so the full workshop is the better value if you can make both.

Yes. Private cohorts run on your own stack with the syllabus adjusted to your team. Email hello@stochio.site with your team size and we will send a plan.

Rather not build it yourself?

We also engineer the whole system for you.

With Creative Engine Consulting, we scope your bottleneck, build the engine around your stack, and hand it over running on your own accounts.
